“Train the Trainer” (TTT) program spans across 12 weeks (about 3 months) and has been curated in alignment with global standards of agile coaching and training. This specialized program aims to establish you as a successful lean and agile trainer in the industry. TTT is divided into 10 simple steps, which can take you from no experience in delivering training courses to comfortably delivering training courses for a small to medium size batch
Step 1
Book and attend induction session with your mentor. We will assign a mentor and coach to you for this program.
Step 4
Enable yourself to deliver agile training. Learn and Pass exam to become eligible to deliver the various agile training.
Step 2
Book an Implementing SAFe Training. We have multiple options every months in one or more timezones.
Step 5
Co-Train with some of our expert trainer and get confidence and experience in training delivery. At least 3-5 Training.
Step 3
Attend Implementing SAFe Training and get your questions answered by top experts in the world. Pass the exam.
Step 6
Start delivering agile training on your own and network with other trainers to become more efficient over time. Stay connected.
