The SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager course is designed to equip attendees with an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), its value delivery mechanism, and how to effectively perform their roles. Over the course of two days, attendees will learn about Lean thinking, how to write Epics and break them down into Features and Stories, and how to plan and execute Iterations and Program Increments.

Furthermore, attendees will be educated on the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture and will learn how to integrate effectively as Product Owners and Product Managers while relentlessly improving the ART. The course will also focus on the role of the SAFe Product Owner (PO) as the customer proxy for the team, working with Product Management and other stakeholders to prioritize stories in the Team Backlog.

The SAFe Product Manager (PM) will also be discussed in the course, who serves as the internal voice of the customer for the Agile Release Train (ART) and works with Product Owners to continually develop and communicate the customer vision to the development teams. The Product Manager will define the features of the system to ensure the solution meets relevant standards and quality requirements and will participate in validating proposed feature benefit hypotheses. The course will equip attendees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as SAFe Product Owners and Product Managers.

• Exam Cost: The first attempt is included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs 50 USD
• Retake Policy: The second attempt can be made immediately after the first attempt. The third attempt requires a 10-day wait. The fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.
